Lindsay Lohan has a fight on her hands, and it's not with her dad or Samantha Ronson for that matter. LiLo is taking her fight to the court room against internet trading company E-Trade for a commercial in which the baby in the ad she says was "modeled after her."
The ad which ran during the Super Bowl in which the baby in the ad is named Lindsay.
As the NY Post reports,
"Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit," Ovadia said."They used the name Lindsay. They're using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn't they use the name Susan?

She says Lohan is owed $50 million in exemplary damages, plus another $50 million in compensatory damages.
