Lindsay Lohan will not play Victoria Gotti in the biopic based on her father's life titled, Gotti: Three Generations.

"We are not talking any further about Lindsay playing Victoria," says producer Marc Fiore,"She is no longer being considered. The talks have stopped. We are going to meet with other people [for the role]."
Was she a liability to the project?
"She a wonderful person, her legal case has nothing to do with it. We just couldn't reach terms."

UPDATE: According to TMZ, Lindsay Lohan will still be in the flick, but rather than play Victoria Gotti she'll play the role of John Gotti Jr.'s daughter-in-law Kim.
