Last year Jane Lynch won an Emmy for her role as Sue Sylvester in Glee, this year Jane will host the awards ceremony.
She said in a statement on getting the nod,
"I am tickled pink to be hosting the Primetime Emmys on FOX, I'm looking forward to singing, dancing and sporting my finest tracksuit."
The Primetime Emmy Awards will be broadcast live on September 13th on FOX.
