Former NFL player Junior Seau was found dead on Wednesday morning in his home in Oceanside, California.
According to TMZ in a e-mail sent to AmoreMagazine.com cops told them that the football star had shot himself.
He was 43 years-old.
He leaves behind a 3 kids and an ex-wife.
Family members didn't notice any signs of depression.
The investigation into what exactly happened is still ongoing.
Seau played for the San Diego Chargers, Miami Dolphins and New England Patriots.
