Danica Patrick Separating From Husband Paul Hospenthal After 7 Years Of Marriage

This is one race that Danica Patrick won't win - the race car driver has announced that she is splitting from her husband.

Patrick, who was married to her husband Paul Hospenthal a physical therapist and personal trainer announced on her Facebook page that they are separating after 7 years of marriage.

"I am sad to inform my fans that after 7 years, Paul and I have decided to amicably end our marriage. This isn't easy for either of us, but mutually it has come to this. He has been an important person and friend in my life and that's how we will remain moving forward."

Looks like the 7-year-itch proved to be true for her.

Though not yet officially confirmed, several media outlets have said that Beyonce will be the performer for Super Bowl XLVII halftime show on February 3, 2013 in New Orleans.

Gabby Douglas, the now Olympic Gold medalist gymnast has worked hard to get where she is, so now it's her time to celebrate with the rest of the U.S. on her press tour.

One of her first stops was to The Tonight Show with Jay Leno where she appeared alongside Michelle Obama on Monday.

 While on stage Gabby handed one of her Gold medals to Jay and one to the First Lady. She then proceeded to admit that one of her favorite training foods was actually fast food. Something we all know Michelle Obama is not exactly a fan of.

Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte had admitted he loves to pee in pools before a big swim. So as humorous as this may seem you know it was only a matter of time before Funny or Die got their hands on the comment and made a parody video about it.

In the video the swimmer says,
 

“The way I see it, the pool is the biggest and most expensive toilet, and it’s all mine.”

“That’s the only time I allow myself to pee. Yes, I can only pee in the pool.”

NBA player Jason Kidd Arrested For DWI

NBA player Jason Kidd got pulled over and arrested for DWI in New York over the weekend.

As we previously reported, Kidd was taken into custody at 2 am ET Sunday on suspicion of driving-while-intoxicated after he careened his 2010 Cadillac Escalade into a telephone pole in Southampton. Despite a little bruise on his face, he was not seriously hurt in the accident. Kidd was coming from a benefit in honor of George Lucas at a private estate in East Hampton.

He pleaded not guilty and was released without bail.

This isn't his first run in with the law, in 2001 Jason was arrested and pleaded guilty to a domestic abuse charge for assaulting his wife at the time. 

Don't feel too bad for him, this is the same guy that dated Playmate of the Year, Hope Dworaczyk. See, we told you you wouldn't feel bad.

Michael Phelps in 'Details' Talks Career, Calorie Counting, and Marijuana

Michael Phelps will be all over the world on TV, in newspapers, and in magazines after the Olympics, but before he takes his talents to the pool in South London he posed for the cover of Details magazine where he talked about his career, calorie counting, and that marijuana pipe incident from 2009.

"At this point in my career, everybody has caught up, so I'm fine-tuning the little things that add up to make a huge difference."

He doesn't count calories,

"I don't count calories, whether it's Sour Patch Kids or Reese's or a bag of chips, if I feel like eating it, I'm going to eat it."

And about that 2009 marijuana pipe he was caught smoking out of,

"It was a learning experience."

"I'm the kind of person who has to go through the learning experiences myself. Somebody could tell me, 'If you eat this much you’ll be fat,' and I'd be like, 'Yeah, okay, let me try it.' I'll be the first to say I've made thousands of mistakes, but I've never made the same mistake twice."

U.S. Women's Indoor Volleyball Team Goes Nude For ESPN Magazine's "Body Issue" (PHOTO)

Don't worry, come time for the Olympic games in August all these female volleyball players will be wearing their uniforms, but before they do they decided to shed them for ESPN magazine.

The U.S. Women's Indoor Volleyball Team stripped down naked for the magazine's fourth annual Body Issue.

As for doing something like this, were they nervous?

"I was a little nervous about doing the shoot, but looking back, I'm glad I did it," said team member Megan Hodge. "I thought it was a cool, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to show the world the work we put in every day."

Some were not so keen on the idea of shedding clothes saying,

"My fiancé wanted to be at the shoot because he thought other men ... were going to be there," said Destinee Hooker. "He doesn't like the thought of others seeing me nude, but it's an opportunity of a lifetime."

Former NFL Player Junior Seau Found Dead

Former NFL player Junior Seau was found dead on Wednesday morning in his home in Oceanside, California.

According to TMZ in a e-mail sent to AmoreMagazine.com cops told them that the football star had shot himself.

He was 43 years-old.

He leaves behind a 3 kids and an ex-wife.

Family members didn't notice any signs of depression.

The investigation into what exactly happened is still ongoing.

Seau played for the San Diego Chargers, Miami Dolphins and New England Patriots.
