Why is New York Governor Cuomo upset with Khloe Kardashian?

Apparently a high-end clothing company is producing a line run by Khloe and her hubby NBA player Lamar Odom with the emblem that looks very much like the New York State logo.

According to the New York Daily News the state has issued a letter to the couple to stop production or the state will sue.

State officials believe the logo resembles one the state Department of Agriculture created to identify food grown in New York. The state’s

“Pride of New York” symbol features the Statue of Liberty overlooking a farm, and the state’s name appears in a font similar to how it is printed on the Rich Soil shirt.

“The State of New York has invested substantial time, effort and resources creating the respect and goodwill associated with the trademark,” Susan Rosenthal, a lawyer for the Department of Agriculture, argued in a letter sent to Rich Soil on Friday.

Kristen Stewart is the best dressed woman of 2013 - according to the poll from Glamour UK.

The ladies fashion mag has released their 'Top 50 Best Dressed' for this year. The magazine commented about Kristen as:

“Whether in Zuhair Murad or Balenciaga, every looks comes complete with a nod to her personal rock-chick style.”

Besides Kristen topping the list, Emma Watson came in at number 2 and Kate Middleton took number 3.

Here's a little something, something we know you'd like to see -- a behind the scenes video of Beyonce for her H&M campaign.

A spokesperson for the brand said in a statement about B:

“It’s incredibly unique to have Beyoncé for a campaign. It doesn’t get bigger than that.”

H&M has released what has already been hyped as one of their most sexiest ad campaigns to date, and the face of said campaign might have something to do with it.

Here is a just released commercial starring the Beyonce wearing a slew of sexy two-pieces and beachwear. The song is B's new single, Standing on the Sun.

Rita Ora may be dominating the music world but soon she could add fashion star to that list.

Rita already has her first cover of Elle appearing on the magazine's May “Women in Music” issue.

As for how she likes to dress when it comes to her performances - she doesn't like being told what to wear.

Label input “should never be allowed,” Ora says of her independent fashion choices. “It’s like somebody telling you what to sing.”

H&M Releases Photos of Beyonce in a Bikini for New Line (PHOTO)

Beyonce continues to dominate every aspect of the entertainment world including fashion as the face of H&M's new tropical-island themed swimsuit campaign.

The company released some of the photos of B that will be used in print ads. The singer/actress had a hand in the designs of the new swimsuit line that is affordable priced. Beyonce commented in a statement released by the company:

"I really loved the concept we collaborated on to explore the different emotions of women represented by the four elements -- fire, water, earth and wind. It was a beautiful shoot on a tropical island. It felt more like making a video than a commercial."

Miranda Kerr A Victoria's Secret Angel No More?!!

Miranda Kerr may live on as an angel in many people's eyes, but as a Victoria's Secret angel her reigns have come to an end.

According to a report posted on Us magazine's website:

Kerr, 30, is being let go as a Victoria's Secret Angel after her $1 million, three-year contract "was not renewed." The reason for the sudden split? One source tells Us that Kerr "has a difficult reputation."

However, the marketing rep for VS  Ed Razek told the mag:

"We have no plans to stop working with her," he said.
