It's official Kelly Osbourne is getting married!
The reality star got engaged to her boyfriend-turned-fiance Matthew Mosshart.
According to Us:
"Kelly is the happiest she's ever been," an Osbourne pal said. "Her career is going well, and she's in a healthy relationship with a wonderful guy."
The couple met in July 2011 at Kate Moss' wedding.
She tweeted then:
"I'm in love and I don't care who knows about it!"
The plan is for a summer wedding this year in the UK.

In a video from Miley's 19th Birthday bash at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood, Kelly Osbourne presents Miley a cake emblazoned with the face of a ganja icon.
Via The Daily, Miley comments to everyone-
“You know you’re a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake — you know you smoke way too much f***in’ weed.”
“I thought salvia was your problem, man?” retorts Osbourne.
This comes after last year, on her 18th birthday, a video surfaced on the internets of Miley smoking what she called "legal herb."
