George Clooney has being drawing some heat for his recent break-up with Elisabetta Canalis - then again that fact that she's been competing on Dancing With the Stars has added pressure for answers to the situation... or rather the fact that he's now hooking up with Stacy Keibler might also have something to do with it. Either way the actor has come out and commented on his relationship with Elisabetta telling TMZ about a false report in Us magazine,
...claims Elisabetta Canalis fired off a series of angry texts to George when she found out he was dating Stacy Keibler.
But George tells TMZ, the story "was completely fabricated in order to sell magazines. I never comment on my personal life unless it affects others...and this lie affects others."
"Since I would be the only actual witness, I ask you to correct your story immediately, but that would assume you cared at all about telling the truth."
As for Elisabetta who was the second to be booted from Dancing With the Stars on Tuesday night didn't have much to say about George when asked by Life and Style magazine,
"Yes, he's my ex-boyfriend and people in this country know me because of him, but..."
"George Clooney, George Clooney, George Clooney, George Clooney, George Clooney," kidded her partner, Val Chmerkovskiy, who then asked Elisabetta, "Do you think George Clooney voted for us?"
Elisabetta added,
"I don't know. I don't think anything right now."
Apparently neither does he... but after all he is probably a bit preoccupied with Stacy. Just saying...
